About the role
You'll build the AI and automation side of our work: WhatsApp assistants, document AI, private knowledge assistants and workflows that save clients hours every week. This role suits someone who loves shipping practical AI, not just experimenting.
What you'll do
- Build AI chatbots and assistants for websites and WhatsApp
- Design RAG systems over company documents with vector databases
- Create automations in n8n, Make or Zapier connecting CRMs, ERPs and email
- Extract data from invoices and documents using AI
- Measure accuracy, handle edge cases and improve prompts and flows
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of software development in Python or Node.js
- Production experience shipping features on LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude or Gemini
- Understanding of embeddings, vector search and prompt design
- Experience with at least one automation tool (n8n, Make or Zapier)
- Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical clients
Nice to have
- WhatsApp Business API experience
- LangChain or LlamaIndex
