About the role
You'll design and build the backend of business-critical systems: ERP modules, CRMs, portals and APIs used every day by clients worldwide. You'll own features end to end, review code and help junior developers grow.
What you'll do
- Design and build scalable Laravel applications, REST APIs and integrations
- Model complex business workflows such as inventory, accounting, HR and approvals
- Write clean, tested and documented code and review pull requests
- Integrate third-party platforms like Tally, Zoho, payment gateways and WhatsApp
- Work with designers, frontend developers and clients to deliver releases every week
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of professional experience with PHP and Laravel, including production systems you have led
- Strong MySQL or PostgreSQL skills, including query optimisation
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Good understanding of Git, queues, caching and authentication
- Clear written and spoken English for client communication
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP, CRM or accounting software
- Vue.js or React knowledge
- Docker and CI/CD experience
