Proposals and agreements
Each project is governed by a written proposal or agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment terms. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Payments
Fees are invoiced according to the milestones in your proposal. Work may pause if invoices remain unpaid past their due date.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the custom source code and deliverables created for you transfers to you. Third-party software, open-source components and our pre-existing tools remain subject to their own licences.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely information, content, access and feedback needed to deliver the project, and confirm you have the rights to any material you provide.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, unless your signed agreement specifies otherwise.
